Having to plan a funeral while grieving the loss of my Husband was the most difficult task I have ever endured. Ben and Sarah at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel could not have worked any harder to not only ensure that my Husband’s body was handled with dignity and respect, but also that my needs and requests were all met. They comforted me throughout the entire process and made sure every base was covered, offering a wealth of information for me to consider, which eased my mind since I had never planned a funeral before. The care and compassion shown by the staff at Lamb Basham was exceptional. Their attention to detail was top notch. My father served in the Marines and we were asked if we had considered having the veterans honor guard at the service. The call to arms and presentation of the flag was so emotional and such a tribute. I could not have been more proud. Highly recommend if your loved one is a veteran.
They did an outstanding job. We were going to have a closed casket, but Dalton looked so good that we were able to have it open. Their kindness and personal concern were much appreciated. It was a beautiful service.
