Having to plan a funeral while grieving the loss of my Husband was the most difficult task I have ever endured. Ben and Sarah at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel could not have worked any harder to not only ensure that my Husband’s body was handled with dignity and respect, but also that my needs and requests were all met. They comforted me throughout the entire process and made sure every base was covered, offering a wealth of information for me to consider, which eased my mind since I had never planned a funeral before. They were never pushy and were always kind, compassionate and considerate. My husband looked amazing and their attention to detail truly honored him. Ben also helped us design and order the headstone, which came in the first two times with errors on it from our original drawing. He insisted that it be corrected both times, making sure we were totally satisfied with the final product. Hopefully I don’t need their services anytime soon, but when those services are needed again, there won’t be anyone other than Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel handling it. I may have lost my Husband, but I also gained a couple friends for life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Ben and Sarah for being there for me and my family during our most difficult time.

Always does a wonderful service, very polite and takes time to explain everything. Does a great job in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Has helped us in so many ways and has done our taxes for several years now. Extremely satisfied with Gina and her help. They all are terrific.
I loved how she got me in on such short notice..an the fact I went bold cut an color wit 2 high lights she did amazing made me feel good about being there an that my skin condition was not going to b an issue she suggested we use organic chemicals for my comfort..did amazing will go back again
I’ve ordered online from Sue’s on more than one occasion. The arrangements have all turned out beautifully! And for a special touch - the cards that go with the flowers are all handwritten instead of printed. Such a nice, personal extra step!
