“It's funny, when I read the reviews talking about how calming the staff were or how people would give them even higher than a 5 star rating, I figured they may have been overselling the place... but nope, it absolutely lives up to all the praise! The staff is extremely friendly and have a very calm nature about them, which is great for people like me that ripped a very rare jacket and didn't know who to take it to or what to expect. The work they did was insanely professional and their asking price may be the most reasonable in indiana. The repairs they did made the jacket look brand new, and the alteration looked right in line with the jackets original design. I would HIGHLY recommend Sortelo's to anyone who needs a repair or alteration. Just an all around wonderful experience!!!”
