It's funny, when I read the reviews talking about how calming the staff were or how people would give them even higher than a 5 star rating, I figured they may have been overselling the place... but nope, it absolutely lives up to all the praise! The staff is extremely friendly and have a very calm nature about them, which is great for people like me that ripped a very rare jacket and didn't know who to take it to or what to expect. The work they did was insanely professional and their asking price may be the most reasonable in indiana. I had an absolutely incredible experience at Sotelo’s and can’t recommend them highly enough. The professionalism, warmth, obvious attention to detail immediately put me at ease.
The craftsmanship is truly outstanding. Every adjustment was executed perfectly, and the final fit for my wedding dress (and the other two dresses I brought him) was better than I could have imagined. Alterations took 3 weeks for 3 dresses including a wedding dress , and was EXTREMELY affordable. I have recommended them to all of my friends getting married. Their communication was also top notch.
