Fantastic customer service, excellent results! We had a suit for my teenage son that was way too big. I’m not even sure how many sizes they had to bring that suit in, but it was a lot. After another alterations shop told me they couldn’t do it and would charge me a small fortune to try, we found Georgetown. And thank goodness we did. It looks great. We got it back in about a week. And both individuals that we encountered here so nice and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be returning with future alterations needs.
I just tried this place for the first time. Dropped off some shorts to have the buttons replaced, and one pair to be taken in an inch and hemmed shorter. Also an unusual project to reconfigure a pair of automotive headrests. There was a little rework involved, but I am satisfied with their quality and price!
I loved this place when it was still Anna’s. I’d been coming for 10 years for everything from repairs, hemming, alterations, even putting a custom corset in an evening gown, and was always very pleased. I’m disappointed it was recently sold and things are different now.
I dropped off a *Dolce & Gabbana* item in early September, and was told a tailor would look at it and call me back the next day with whether they could do the work and the cost.
