“This amazing staff was wonderful with our very frightened, abused, and recently rescued Shih Tzu. Previous attempts with groomers weren’t successful, but now we’ve found a new solution to the problem. Scenthound in Carmel will get our business.“

“My cats and I love Dr. Cable! I have seen her at the Carmel and Fishers locations. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. She carries a basket full of treats and toys to entertain the animals. I'm moving cross country so I asked for advice on transporting the cats and she printed out several articles on acclimating them to their carriers and the car, what to do about food and litter box, and helping them adjust to their new home. I had gone to Parkside Animal Hospital before and had a negative experience- asked a male vet there the same question and he just abruptly said he doesn't approve of medicating pets on drives- which I never even asked about. He made me feel like a pill seeker, which I have a lot of experience with, being a pharmacist and I wouldn't treat my patients like that. I asked that vet about litter, making them at ease, etc and he didn't have any advice. So I really appreciate Dr. Cable's extra effort (I didn't even mention the other vet because this was my other cat and I wanted as much advice as possible). When I called Carmel Veterinary Clinic now closer to my move, I actually asked about medicating my older cat because she had escaped twice in the past three weeks while my parents had my two cats as we set up our move out of state. I was fine with Benadryl or whatever recommended but wanted her advice and safe dosing. Dr. Cable called me back personally and we talked and I brought both cats in for weight check for dosing and also to go over last minute concerns. Great service! The office staff at both Carmel and Fishers are very friendly and helpful too. I love that the vets rotate offices so you can find your regular/favorite vet wherever is most convenient at variety of times- morning and even evening hours.“

“I don't even know how to write a review because this is my first. Short to the point. I had a collie rough coat. So very long hard and hard to keep up on. He had terrible matting behind his ears due to having a cone on for a surgery. After the groom and bath, his mattes were not there any and no hair was missing from spots they were in. As well did a very good job with the underlying paw! Animal arts does not know because I don't speak of my dog for what he is!! He is actually from a championship blood line(his dad). Because I have not done my due diligence to get him registered :(((Walking out of animal arts sure did remind me of of his father!!!:)“

“We have had great visits at Windermere Animal Hospital! My dog has seen both Dr. Ingold and Dr. Arnold so far and both doctors are amazing!I love how everyone at Windermere, staff, nurses, and doctors all take the time to really work with me and my dog by listening and making us feel welcomed and comfortable. It's so nice how they treat my dog like their own and I don't feel like my dog is just another number that they are rushing to get in and out of the office. My dog has always struggled with anxiety at any vet office, but she does so much better when going to Windermere, and that is all because the doctors and nurses take the time to work with my dog and make her feel comfortable with them!“

“We started taking our dogs to Dr Graves over 20 years ago when it was 1 office and it has been cool to watch them grow. Over the years we have had multiple dogs and started taking them here since they were puppies. They took great care of us when we sadly had to make tough decisions at the end of their lives. We have always felt our dogs have been well taken care of, the staff goes above and beyond and treated them with nothing but love and respect. You can see the love that the staff has for animals, they are on the floor hugging on our dogs or carrying our little one around and holding her like she’s their baby. Our girls get excited to go to the doctor. The staff are always kind and thorough with exams or treatment. We usually go to the office off of Olio Road in Fishers, but have visited a few other offices if our main one is booked. It’s nice to have multiple back up locations when we need to be seen sooner. We have never had a problem getting in same day or even on a Saturday. They have always been up front with pricing and give options if something is a bit more pricy. I highly suggest the pet wellness plan. We have this for both of our dogs and it has been worth it and saved us some in office visits this year. Annual vaccines are included in the plan and office visits.“

“If you think good animal care is expensive, try bad care. Barkefellers is worth the money. We have tried lesser boarding facilities and we have to worry when we're out of town. They're scrupulous about sticking to our instructions and regularly communicate with us. The grooming services are good and the staff is very willing to serve. I wish there were more places like Barkefellers.“
