We started taking our dogs to Dr Graves over 20 years ago when it was 1 office and it has been cool to watch them grow. Over the years we have had multiple dogs and started taking them here since they were puppies. They took great care of us when we sadly had to make tough decisions at the end of their lives. We have always felt our dogs have been well taken care of, the staff goes above and beyond and treated them with nothing but love and respect. You can see the love that the staff has for animals, they are on the floor hugging on our dogs or carrying our little one around and holding her like she’s their baby. Everyone at this location and the Olio location were super friendly and straight forward. We appreciated how much they cared about us and our pet, basically acting as if it was our human child. It felt like the entire staff is working there out of true love for animals and we had never seen that before switching to this vet. We will never take our pets anywhere else!

Sadly we had to use them to lay our 16 year old cat down. But the staff was so understanding and thoughtful about the situation. They helped make it a less traumatic experience for us both.
