“Everyone at IVS is great - from the techs to the Doc. We have never felt rushed. Doctor Shoonover took as much time as we needed to understand the procedures. He did a great job of explaining what was happening and why and checked 2 or 3 times to make sure we understood and didn't have any further questions. During the procedure everyone involved was friendly and professional. Their banter with each other made it obvious they get along. That is a sign of a well run practice. “I am addicted!! I am about 4 sessions in with underarm laser hair removal and I am so happy with the results so far. There was a special running on the website a while back, so I jumped the gun and bought the package. Debra is so friendly and she gets me in and out quickly. For my first treatment, she set my expectations and let me know what to expect. The treatment can be a little painful... it feels like a rubber band snap but only on certain parts, but it's so quick. I plan to get more treatments done on other areas, but it can be pricey so I'm taking it slow!“
