Jhade was professional, informative, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain the process and answered my questions, leaving me feeling excited!
Smart move on Milan’s end to have her be one of the first faces you see. She’s a face of smooth beauty. Not sure if my note of “make me look like you” made it into my file.
Jayleen, her trainee, and Kaitlyn at the front desk are fantastic! Jayleen always takes the time to talk me through my progress, lets me know how much we have left, and really listens to my concerns. Kaitlyn and the ladies at the front desk are always so cheerful, friendly, and welcoming—always offering water and making sure you have everything you need. I’ve had such a great experience here and highly recommend this location!
This was my very first appointment for getting laser hair removal. I’ve never done anything like this before. The ladies in this office are like my new sisters. I love them so much. Jaeleen was so nice and so sweet and explained everything so clearly for me. I knew exactly what to expect and didn’t need to guess or wait for anything. First appointment took a little bit longer, but after that each appointment will be faster, and I’ll be in and out. I’m really looking forward to the rest of my sessions and will probably be hairless except for the hair on top of my head in the next few years. Thank you ladies so very much. Hannah
