What an unexpectedly great experience! We have lived in our house about a year and a half and started noticing issues with our dryer. Not knowing when the dryer vent had been cleaned last, we made an appointment with Keith. When he arrived he assessed our situation and knew right away we did not need our vent cleaned. He spent about about 15 minutes with us doing some education about our dryer, how to care for and maintain it, and gave us a recommendation for a reliable service tech we could call to address the issues we are having. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Carmel, IN. We were going to do some work in the laundry room and we decided we should probably get the vents cleaned. We called THE DRYER VENT TECH. And am I glad we did. Our vent was extremely loaded with lint. They cleaned it all the way out, from the dryer through the outside vent. I thought it was going to be difficult because our laundry room is in the middle of the house and exhausted out of the house behind the air conditioner. But THE DRYER VENT TECH is used to all types of vent conditions and was able to handle this with ease with the tools he had.
