The staff here is super friendly. I disagree with the review that says they’re costly. My old vet was crazy expensive and always pushed treatment and shots to up the bill. Here they tell me what I need, what other optional things can be done and let me decide. Never any pressure to do unnecessary things.

Just before closing time, the staff here squeezed us in. Unfortunately we needed to put our dear Elsie to sleep as her health was failing. We found the staff to be accommodating, compassionate and kind.

They were so kind to me after the difficult decision to put my sweet little rat down. They were the only vet around here that would do it, even though they don't normally do that for rats. They were so thoughtful and kind while I was there. They also sent me a card, they had all written a sweet and thoughtful little messages in it. It really warmed my heart after such a difficult loss.
