We have taken our pets there for more than fifteen years. Unfortunately we don't take them as often as we should because since Dr Hildabrant left it's not the same. The girls working there are nice. But they don't get free nail trimming with chech up, Used to when I called for our now 14 year old golden retrieversbThyroid medicine in it was never An issue with it being on the doctor's chart for3 days to get the meds.. It's just not a small town vet anymore , corporate owned everything is different.I really like the girls working there. But everything now is so expensive and so much red tape it's ridiculous.

I’m thankful to have found the New Pal Vet. All around great people who care about your pets. Our Marlee has passed and didn’t see them for very long but Marlee was always happy to be there. We have 4 others 2 of them being easy dogs and 2 are difficult but everyone still handles them very well and I trust them when my dogs are left in their care. A special thank you to Dr Elkins who has really put her time and effort into helping my difficult dogs feel as safe and comfortable as can be.

I've been going to New Palestine Veterinary clinic for about 5 years. They always treat me and my pets with respect. I've never had an issue here. Dr. Elkins has always been a wonderful and sympathetic person when I have any thing I needed for my pets. I highly recommend New Palestine Veterinary Clinic.
