I chose to write a review because the tech actually took the time to check over my A/C system carefully and told me it was probably the clogged filters that were making it less efficient. The whole process of preventive maintenance, cleaning and replacement of filters took about 90 minutes and he gave some good ideas on keeping it working properly between visits.
After a previous negative experience with another contractor, I approached this AC repair service cautiously for a thermostat installation. The technician was thorough and took the time to walk me through the setup process, completing the job in about an hour without any issues.
I was hoping for thorough maintenance on my A/C system, and the technician took about an hour to clean the coils and check refrigerant levels. He did point out some wear on a fan belt that may need attention next year, which I appreciated.
