Used them for a furnace repair. Returned calls in a timely manner. Had pats ordered and repaired per our discussion. Very professional and curious. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using them moving forward.
They installed a brand new furnace and AC for me which included running all new duct work and returns from top to bottom and had the whole job done in only 2 days while being by FAR the fairest price I was quoted, with the final install actually being a little less than my initial quote. The employees were professional, friendly, and funny. I work from home and it can be somewhat awkward having a whole crew of strangers in your home all day long with you, but they were all a pleasure to be around. These guys came in and installed my new furnace in 2020. There continued to be problems of smelling gas and with continued effort they came back to my house many times over the last year and a half. Once they found out it was not the actual furnace they could of stopped there, but they did not, they went above and beyond to check my chimney and did repairs at no additional cost to me in order to make sure me and the children had heat. Not only have heat but to be sure that their was no Carbon Monoxide leaks as there was issues with my chimney.
