My personal physician, Dr. Steven Nale, is an excellent doctor. I feel very confident under his care and concern. Each of the nurses are very professional, courteous, and concerned about me as well.
My only concern is with the phone bank. It is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone. Even my pharmacist has trouble getting Optum to answer their calls. If only these folks were as great and helpful as Dr. Nale and his team of nurses!
I am very pleased with the care that I receive at Optum Care in New Albany, Dr. Jeremy Paden never lets me leave there until all my questions are fully answered! He also goes over everything with me as well before I leave his office, very satisfied with the care I receive there!
I saw Amanda Gibson as a new patient. She was very thorough I. Discussing each medicine that I was on and took me off a couple because of the affects from long term use. She was so friendly and listened to everything I said. I feel like we made a great choice going to Optum for my medical needs. The office staff and the nurses were just as nice.
