My experience today was great!!!! The nurse was so kind and caring and took the time to chat, didn’t make me feel like they were wanting me in and out. Dr. Wooten was SO kind and attentive to what I was saying. I really needed and appreciated their kindness today. Thank you all!

Good luck talking to someone on the phone. Some of them are extremely rude and one girl just hung up on me because she didn't like me demanding to speak to someone after being put on hold 3 times and transfered with no answer!!! Zero stars for customer service.

I hate all the bad reviews on this place. I love this office. IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, you are in and out. My type of office. NP Atkins is kind and listens. They are always able to get me in and when I am there I barely wait longer than 5 mins at most. Even for my walk in I did. I've had to come for the acute care clinic before and the doctor there was also nice and listened and ordered an MRI ASAP.
