Only one Dr Assistant. I liked her. Waiting room was extremely small. 5 people coughing, fever, headache. Some wore mask, not everyone. Very long wait. The staff and Dr deserve better. Starting with a larger office and more staff.

Excellent service from provider and excellent customer service from front office staff. I had a significant wait time, however, at this time in medicine and healthcare...there may be wait times that aren't ideal but everyone just has to be patient.

Sarah Koopman was amazing! She took time to really listen to my problem and was very knowledgeable! The CNA Tiffany was also great! Thanks so much this will be my go to urgent care from now on! They are located in the building that says Optum next to the Purdue center on Charlestown Rd. It was confusing to find because nothing states it’s an urgent care and they said they’re working to fix that. Thanks again!
