So it was 100 degrees outside and my ac stopped working I called my home warranty and they told me it would be 5-8 days before they could get someone out there because we have geothermal ac. I explained to them that will not work as I have a newborn baby and other kids and dogs and my house was 88 degrees. So I started calling around and noone could give me a reasonable time until I called corressell, they told me no matter what they would get someone out there today in less than 2 hours they had someone out there and it was fixed.
