Today, the hottest day of the year, I called for help because my ac wasn't working. I never expected that they would be able to come the same day! In just a matter of hours, we're cooling down again. Thank you so much!!

Came out to fix my air con while I was down with a broken leg and ankle. He sent the bill along with a critique of my house smelling like dog while I was injured which really hurt my feelings because I was doing the best I could. Plus, he was only in the house 5 min. The rest he was putting coolant in the outdoor unit. When my HVAC went out for good a few months later, I gave my $10,000 business to Bracket Heating and Air, who didn't have any comments on my house one way or the other.
