39 minutes from arrival to putting my seal on the trailer! No complaints here, this is a professional and efficient company! Almost turned down this load due to 2.5 stars but they load so many trucks and it seems that only the bad experiences are leaving reviews!
I would give this place a 2.5. This place could be really bad. They only have one dock that they use for live unloads. It takes about one hour to unload each truck. I got lucky and showed up with only one truck ahead of me and was out in about 2.5 hrs. My appointment was at 1300 and I got there at 1215. Was done around 1410. During that time 5 other trucks had showed up. And was waiting for that same dock to unload. They do not get in a hurry to unload. If you have a lot of trucks a head of you your going to be there a while.
was late due to shipper, checked in at 645am ,was told i would be a work in they put me in a door next afyer forst driver was done, only 1 door to unload,door 10 slide tandems and open doors and back in they will bring bills to you after done unloading. and they jave over night parking and the north side of the lot on the shoulder and the drop trailer line.
