I can's say enough good things about the service department here. Our extended warranty company was being ridiculous and not wanting to pay for repairs. We are full time RVers with cats and Bradley took care of us. He let us plug in the back lot for a few days until the repairs were approved. Probably some of the best customer service I have experienced
Excellent service department... Allen, Bradley, and Richard were very professional and our issues were resolved in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend the Mishawaka Cummins facility.
Each time I've had work done on my generator for my motor home, Cummins service has been top notch. Friendly and professional, they've been great. Every employee seems to love his or her job. They communicate regularly as to the status of my repair/maintenance. I can't recommend them highly enough.
