I had such a great experience from start to finish! Everyone in the office was friendly. The eye exam was quick, and they explained every step before doing something. When it came time to pick out my glasses, the woman who helped me was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience enjoyable. She really listened to what I liked, walked around the store with me to help me find frames that suit me, and even helped me choose colors that complemented my skin tone. She also explained all of the lens options and add ons in a way it was easy to understand. We shared many laughs throughout the process. I highly recommend this office!
The whole staff was amazing. It was tge quickest I ha v e ever gotten in and out of the eye doctors office. Danielle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm getting exactly what I need for my glasses for work and new prescription lenses for motorcycle glasses.
the last time i went to a myeyedr appt was around ten years ago, so when i scheduled my recent appt to see the optometrist i figured there would be a lot of paperwork and things to go over before i could do the exam, but that wasn’t the case at all. i was pleasantly surprised at how organized and on top of the things the entire staff was. plus i got to begin the exam almost immediately after checking in (in fact, i brought a book to read in the waiting room in case there’d be a wait, and i didn’t even finish one page before i got called back to begin the exam). every single person at myeyedr knew exactly what they were doing and they were are incredibly...read full review
