When I woke up from spinal surgery on September 24th, my left eye was burning out of control. My husband took me to urgent care, and the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic ointment because she thought I had pink eye.
When my eye began to get worse instead of better, I called MyEyeDoctor in South Bend and begged them to let me come in and see a doctor. They told me they were too busy.

Originally gave a 1 star review. The manager contacted me and said they had made a mistake and they would remake my order. It did take a month to get my new glasses but he did issue a refund. I appreciate the great service after the sale. I would definitely use this business in the future.

I had such a great experience from start to finish! Everyone in the office was friendly. The eye exam was quick, and they explained every step before doing something. When it came time to pick out my glasses, the woman who helped me was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience enjoyable. She really listened to what I liked, walked around the store with me to help me find frames that suit me, and even helped me choose colors that complemented my skin tone. She also explained all of the lens options and add ons in a way it was easy to understand. We shared many laughs throughout the process. I highly recommend this office!
