Brandon at PullRite had been attentive and considerate to the concerns and issues I have had.I was on the road when I noticed a damaged part. Sent an email to Brandon and recieved the replacement and a bit of education free overnight.Thank you!?☮?

I bought a fifth wheel trailer this year, and the dealer highly recommended the PullRite SuperGlide hitch. I’ll admit there was a learning curve, but I love the fully automatic nature of the hitch. Tight turn? Nothing to do, don’t have to leave the truck, no pins to pull or levers to turn, just...turn the truck! And this thing is a beast! Pulls my big old fifth wheel like a champ.

Pulliam Enterprises or PULLRITE trailer hitches has amazing customer service. John was my contact and he was absolutely awesome to deal with. I can't say enough positive things about my experience in dealing with them over an issue I was having with their product. I have always accepted that things will happen. It's not that thing won't happen it's how do they deal with it? John didn't hesitate to deal with every issue I had and insured I had replacement parts next day.
