As a new family to Middlebury Animal Clinic there are so many things we value about our visit. It started with the phone call to make the appointment…
Brook was fantastic and hit the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE nail on the head. She answered all my questions and was able to schedule an appointment rather quickly.
Kate was enthusiastic and so friendly with both our fur baby as well as us humans (skills that seem to be drifting away from techs these days - usually good with one or the other, not both).
Dr. Sheppard was amazing as she helped us learn about our new fur baby (kitten) and how to best take care of her. We never had the sense of being rushed or having silly questions throughout our visit (so “down-to-earth”)! It was nice to feel valued with our concerns and time.
Heather was very helpful as we were about to head out but had some questions about our older fur baby (dog). She got us scheduled for an appointment and seemed genuinely concerned about her possible ear infection (their cancellation list was a huge help to get our girl in earlier than the first available…2 days later! Thank you!).
The environment was comforting, clean, and had a relaxed feeling, like being at home (extremely important if you have animals that tend to have vet visit anxiety). There were NO strong cleaner, animal waste or hospital-like aromas at all! Everyone was enthusiastic about what they do and service seemed to be from the heart. It is SO important to work with others that actually care (in word and deed).
All that written, cost was very reasonable, too. We highly recommend Middlebury Animal Clinic to everyone!!! Thank you so much ladies ☺️ We look forward to caring for our furry family members with you for years to come!!!

they put cast on my cats leg and it fell off .they put another one on and charged me for it and it came off I won't take my animals there again.

We love the Middlebury animal clinic! They really take the time to explain and answer your questions. My pets feel safe with them. They also go the extra mile. I have asked them their advice on a couple of different situations and instead of recommending extra tests they recommended the opposite and said that they could do X-rays if it gave me peace of mind but that it wasn't necessary. I have had the opposite experience at other veterinarians. Usually people wanting to run my bill up. You also get in quickly!

All my experience's have been a 5 star. The kindest people work here and dedicate their kindness and loving nature to their clients.

Our dog Izzy received great care and the nurses and the dr do deserve a 5 star rating but the front desk receptionist was very rude and for that I do only give a 3 star rating.

They were wonderful as always! Our dogs had kennel cough, but they still saw them. But they were very careful not to expose any other animals.

One of the front desk ladies was a bit abrupt, but the vet tech and the vet we saw were great. Very friendly and respected my wishes. Received great treatment for my cat.

I am very impressed facility and the whole staff. They always do a wonderful job and their care is the best.

We have always had a very pleasant and great experience when taking in any of our dogs! The staff and Drs are always friendly and are able to help address any questions or concerns.
