MyEyeDr. is a welcoming place with a great staff, offering a thorough and comfortable experience. While they keep eye prescriptions on file, the doctors and staff are friendly, helpful, and take time to explain options. Patients appreciate the wonderful atmosphere and highly recommend MyEyeDr. for their eye care needs. The doctors are kind, and the check-in/check-out process is easy. Customers describe the staff as pleasant and helpful, with the appointment being efficient and explanatory. The clinic is clean, and patients do not feel rushed during their visit.
Had problems with the new glasses, I picked out, went back twice, the second time I seen Darcy and she knew what was wrong and helped me find a new frame. All is good now I am happy with my new glasses.
Dr. Luciana Petitti is great, takes her time explaining everything and answering any questions you have very thoroughly! The front desk staff and techs are also very nice. The appointments are also very quick and start on time which is rare nowadays.
I am in Michigan City for the weekend and somehow forgot to bring my glasses or my contacts. I called MyEyeDr. as a hail mary to see if they had some contacts from the brand I use with my prescription and they did! When I came to pick up the contacts Darcy couldn’t have been nicer, and when I asked what I owed she said I didn’t need to pay. Thanks for saving my weekend Darcy and MyEyeDr!!!
