Doctor Ruchita Amin was very professional and knowledgeable. She really listened to us (I was there w/ my mother who was being seen). Dr. Amin answered all of our questions and concerns. The back office staff was friendly and professional. We will return in a few weeks to begin injections.
* What could improve: The Michigan City location has patients sit on rolling stool-type chairs in the exam rooms. These do not provide the stability/security the larger (reclining type) chairs do. On our long drive home, we discussed her concern that an exam chair would make my mom feel more comfortable when receiving the actual injections. I like my dr and the staff with the exception of the woman at the front desk. Sh must have been in a bad mood because I even asked my bf what he thought and he said she wasn’t very friendly to be sure.
Once a month I go in and get a shot in my eye your team works great if there's any of my questions they get answered very well satisfied every time it seems that everything keeps getting better every time I go in the only problem I have is everybody asked me my birthday four or five times a day and nobody ever shows up to my party oh well do enjoy dealing with all the girls thank you
