If you don't mind going back three or four or even five times for them to get your glasses right, oh and waiting for a few months to get them, then this is the place for you. I have been back to the office about three times in the past three months and I still don't have my glasses. First the bifocal portion of the glasses were too high. I was told to just wear them and get used to it. Then I went back another time and the lenses kept popping out of the frame. I have had so many problems here. I cannot continue to miss work to go to this office for zero results. I wish I could just have my money back and go somewhere else. By the way, they rarely ever answer the phone and when they do, they will put you on hold until you hang up. I will never go back to this place ever again.

Prescription glasses were ordered December 20, now it is January 21 and they are supposedly “still at the lab because of the holidays”. 5 weeks for glasses, give me a break. Staff is not customer service oriented at all.

Held my daughters glasses for five business days and never reached out to let me know they were in! Called multiple times with no response. The second staff member was rude and didn't even appolize. Very unprofessional!!! Warning: find a different business that actually cares about their patients!!!
