I had no idea that the optical Dept. had no business connection with Meijer. Dr. Bohnert is very, very good. They are accommodating. I'm happy with the service and products! Highly recommend them. I'm glad they aren't a part of Meijer!

I have nothing but high praise for the entire team at Meijer Optical in Michigan City, IN. Unsure of the service I might get because this was not a "typical" optician, I took a chance and am glad I did. The entire team - Jessica, Dawn and Doug were polite, professional and thorough. They respected current Covid-19 protocols as well. Finally, since I've not yet decided on a frame, I have all the information I need to go back and have my prescription filled either there at Meijer or at an online provider. Highly recommended!

I purchased my glasses at the Franklin St store in Michigan City. Mike was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. He showed a genuine care and concern for me and knew immediately the frame that would best on me. I tried several other frames too and in the end agreed that the ones he recommended looked the best on me. I would say he's an asset to the store.
