5 out of 5 for service and performance. Orginally scheduled for a Friday, Eric contacted in a timely manner saying he had a breakdown with his equipment. He quickly worked around our schedule to be able to schedule us for the following Monday and was flexible with our orginally scheduled time. Eric showed up right on time and was very professional. I showed him our mess of a carpet and he give us the prices and services he does. He stated normally he recommends scotch guarding the carpet for protection, but because of the age of the carpet(20+ years old), its on the backside of its life. Eric did an excellent job power washing our house, cleaning the windows, and the gutters. I am impressed with his high standards for completing the job well! He is also on time and good at communication.
