I'm an insurance agent and have referred Belfor for years because they do excellent work and make bad situations for my clients better. Recently I had my own claim and had to call them for myself. Our basement flooded with 4-8 inches of water due to pump failure. Unfortunately 35 years of memories were lost. We had called another company to come out for flood restoration & never heard back from them. Called Belfor following day & they were prompt to come out during promised time. I cannot begin to say how professional, courteous, knowledgeable & compassionate JESSE & PEPPER were. Their entire crew had all carpeting ripped out & all of their industrial equipment in place by the end of day. The crew worked well.
