Nick is my service tech and he is meticulous about his work.he checks everything on his checklist and cleans my furnace when he is done. In and out in an hour. He is excellent and I would recommend him to take care of your furnace and a/c!

Nick is the best HVAC tech! He has been maintaining my furnace/AC since I’ve been living in St John. And I love how KNZ sends reminders to change filters! This is the only company you will ever need for your home HVAC system. Nick is the BEST!

KNZ installed our air conditioning and furnace. They did a great job, and having them come to maintain it is seemless. We usually have Nick, and he is great! Along with being very outgoing, he does a great job of keeping our air conditioner and furnace clean and running tip top.
