My wife & I built a home with Granite Ridge Builders in 2023. This was the first home that we had ever built, so we went into the process uncertain and with a lot of questions. Right from the start, during the design process, they were extremely accommodating and were able to answer all of our questions. Our architectural designer (Lucian) was able to create the plans/layout for our home exactly how we imagined it & was extremely patient with us and all of our crazy questions/request. Project manager Tim McMillen is the best! We are grateful for all of his support throughout and beyond our building experience with Granite Ridge. I want to give a big shout out to Devon Martin. He was our home specialist 3 years ago and he still is there to help me whenever I need something.Never makes me feel like I am bothering him. Glad we chose Granite Ridge for our home and especially glad Devon was assigned to us. Granite Ridge is lucky to have someone who cares about helping people!! That is rare in today's world.
