Granite Ridge remodeled our 1980’s lake house Main Floor with kitchen and bedrooms. The previous owner used the space as kitchen/dining and living room. The remodel transformed the old into a new kitchen and dining area with a Drink and Buffet station. The drywall in the two bedrooms were skim coated, painted and trim updated.
Granite Ridge’s showroom had everything right there for clients to view and make decisions.
New flooring on the main level, new cabinets, appliances, paint, staircase, carpet, electric rewiring and trim. The vendors used to complete the work did a GREAT job and were awesome to work with.

This is a review for project managers Tim Christlieb and Brian Hollenbaugh. Both of them were excellent at making sure all of my problems and inconveniences were taken care of. They always responded in a very timely manner and were always respectful and kind throughout the entire process. Brian was in charge of my house during the actual build process and did a fantastic job. Tim then came in to take care of all of my after closing/warranty issues. Also did a fantastic job. My house would not of turned out the way it did without them. Highly recommend either of them for your home build.
Granite Ridge built my house and they are so great to work with! Kate was so responsive to my questions and went above and beyond to help me with the process! Not to mention, my home is beautiful!
