“Justin is so very friendly! I called because I needed a minor repair with our bathroom and he has Seth come out same day and help fix the minor issue. Seth did a great job. Overall great communication and such an amazing person and company!”
“I worked with Corbin for the flooring and tile for my house. He was amazing every step of the way. His communication, Customer Service, responsiveness, all of it was top notch.
When I changed my mind on the flooring numerous times he never gave me any indication that I was the pain in the rear I know I was (sorry, Corbin!). That was a cake walk compared to the back and forth on the tile selection!
He also stayed in communication with my Builder, and kept me in the loop. The whole process was seamless.
The installers were professional, quick, and left my home cleaner than how they found it. They truly went above and beyond.
My floors and tile work are stunning and better than I could have ever imagined.
The best part - the price could not be beat.
There is no one I would recommend more!”
“I downsized to a villa almost eight years ago and redid all the flooring before moving in. I did a lousy job of picking a local business when it came to carpet, so I set out to try again. I picked one nearby flooring store first and thought they were pretty good. On a whim, I decided to stop by another nearby business just for a comparison. I am SO glad I did. First I met Shaniah Ramsey and she did a fantastic job of educating me and steering me in a great direction with a type of carpet I hadn't considered. Then she suggested that her father, Todd Ramsey, should come out to my villa to see and measure the rooms I wanted to re-carpet. Todd was at my door just a few days later and he definitely convinced me to go with Three Kings. Todd saw that I had some really awful plastic mats, one on top of the other, under the chair at my desk in the carpeted office. He had a much better idea and drove all the way to Shipshewana to pick up for me an amazing heavy duty but stylish mat for my rolling desk chair!!! I am SO HAPPY with the job they have done in my four rooms. Moving out all the furniture seemed like a daunting task, especially for a senior citizen widow like me. But they encouraged me and gave me good advice on how to do my part. The majority of moving the furniture , however, was done by Rick and Brian over the two days they spent at my house doing the installation. Talk about skilled and friendly and just an over-all darned good team of installers. I highly recommend Three Kings Flooring and couldn't have asked for a better experience with a BIG task!!!”
