This company is amazing. It was 99 degrees out and all I wanted was my AC cleaned and there was no hurry to do it. I called to set up an appointment at 8:30 AM to set up an appointment for the future. Low and behold I received a call at 8:50 saying he was on his way!!! That to me is service! He told me everything was fine with my 25 year old AC. He was here about an hour and the total charge was 125.00! I would recommend Yoders 100%! The service man was kind, showed us everything he did and was very pleasant.
When my A/C quit running cool, Yoder Heating and Cooling came out the next morning and promptly fixed it! While the technician was there I was also able to get my furnace cleaned. Excellent service, knowledge and price. I will definitely use them again!
My Amana Air Command furnace from '96 decided to quit with many symptoms of an aging unit. Called Yoder, they came right out. After showing me the symptoms of an insidiously located and compromised inducer w weak blower motor, overheating internals and repeated short cycling, weak output etc. they gave me space heaters until I decided what I was going to do. Again, they came right out with my choice and professionally, courteously and efficiently installed a new furnace. My rating has 5 stars because going above and beyond all the while informing me about options, being timely and thoroughly replacing the new unit.
