My son me his ear hurt at 4:30 PM, I made an appointment online for 5:40 PM, we got there and they got us right in and seen, we left by 6:30 PM and I had a text from the pharmacy saying they have already received a prescription. The even gave my son a little snack, sticker, and toy on his way out. Highly recommended!
This was the best urgent care place I’ve ever been to. Staff excellent people skills and professional. I was in and out so fast and got started on the medication I needed within the hour. Highly recommend.
I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to your staff at the Wellnow facility on Sagamore Parkway in Lafayette. After having a very bad cold for the last week it turned into a major, for me, problem with an ear infection. I woke up about 3 am on Sunday morning with severe pain in the ear. Knowing it was a Sunday the only place available in Crawfordsville was the ER at the local hospital. I really did not want to go there so I looked for an urgent care facility that was close enough to get some help.
