I normally go to Vincent but he was on vacation this past month. After waiting an hour at another nail salon I called and Sophia said should could get me in. I waiting 15 minutes and she got me in and did a wonderful job! I am in love with these nails!Service: Acrylic nails

I used to love coming here, but after my past 3 pedicure experiences here the past few months all being terrible I will be finding a new nail salon. The past 3 times I've gotten the same woman doing my pedicure and she rushes through it so quickly I barely get my feet wet and definitely dont get to relax. Today they were not busy at all, and yet I was rushed in and out in 22 minutes! That would be fine for an express option of some sort, but I didn't ask for that. A $48 pedicure deserves at least a decent amount of scrub, massage, and pampering. All she did was spread some salt scrub on my legs and then pet my legs with lotion for a minute. My girls and I went for our first time!! We were able to get right in. Everyone bragged on how wonderful a pedicure is. I didn't find anything special about it. My guy was nice. He did a great job. He even put my sandals back on. He then gave me a manicure and again did a great job. I think the best part was the hand massage. My girls had different techs. My 18 year old got a French Pedicure and Manicure. She had two different techs and liked both. The guy who did her manicure- actually struck up a conversation with her. That seemed nice. I wish they wouldn't talk amongst themselves in their language. It would be nice if they communicated with the clients!!! My youngest-...read full review
