About VS Nails
VS Nails is a nail salon with a mixed reputation. Some customers have had positive experiences, such as receiving good service and excellent nail work. For example, one customer was accommodated at short notice by Sophia, who did a great job with their acrylic nails. Another customer had a good experience with a male technician who did a great job with their pedicure and manicure, and also provided a pleasant hand massage. This customer's teenage daughters also had good experiences with different technicians, although one of them had a disappointing pedicure. However, some customers have had poor experiences, including being rushed through their appointment and not receiving the level of service they expected. One customer had a particularly bad experience with a technician who rushed through their pedicure, filed their toenails too thin, and caused them pain. This customer will not be returning to the salon due to concerns about being stuck with this technician again. Overall, the quality of service at VS Nails seems to vary depending on the technician and the specific experience.
Only the second manicure I've ever had and it was awful. I asked her not to use gel polish and, after over-grinding my nails, put way too much product on. I only noticed how awful it looked once I got home, and they refused to fix it. It took 3 hours at another salon to remove the polish she over applied, and now my nails are super thin breaking off, and look like trash. I am so not happy with this service. I normally go to Vincent but he was on vacation this past month. After waiting an hour at another nail salon I called and Sophia said should could get me in. I waiting 15 minutes and she got me in and did a wonderful job! I am in love with these nails!Service: Acrylic nails
I have been here many times without issue, however, this evening was a displeasing service. One person applied the tips then passed me on to someone else. I asked for matte black and they applied it once and it didn’t turn out. She drilled it all off, and while drilling cut my cuticles. She repainted and they still came out bad. The tips aren’t even all the way painted and you can she all of the lumps from them not being smoothed out before polish application. She did not offer to fix them after seeing the finished product nor offer any discount. They are also very uneven lengths :(
