I've been going to Lily nails for a year now and unfortunately I'm not going to return. I feel like they treat customers differently and if your not a favorite the techs rush through the service. Took my daughter in law and because the tech was rushing she completely messed up her eyebrows. My daughter literally started bawling as soon as we got in the car.
My experience today was spectacular! I had gone in with a gift card, and came out with nails prettier than the inspo pic, some hand lotion, and a smile on my face! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!
Lily does an absolutely wonderful job! She is a great artist and always does an awesome job with designs and attention to detail. I’ve known her for 15 years and she’s such a kind person!
Ryan has done pedicures for me and he is excellent! He takes his time, is very through and is a perfectionist.
