About Unity Immediate Care Center
Unity Immediate Care Center is a healthcare facility that has received mixed reviews from its patients. While the doctors are praised for their expertise and attentiveness, the office staff, particularly the receptionists, have been described as rude and unhelpful. Patients have reported difficulties accessing mental health services and feeling dismissed or ignored by certain staff members. However, the center is also commended for its ability to quickly treat patients, even on weekends, and for its compassionate care, especially for children. Overall, the reviews suggest that the quality of care at Unity Immediate Care Center can vary, with the medical professionals receiving high praise, but the administrative aspects of the center needing improvement.
I have used this urgent care for many years, but the two times I was there the staff was rude I waited 3 1/2 hours. To finally be seen. The was dismissive of my concerns. She handed a script and walked out. I may gotten 2 minutes of her time. Won't come back.
Receptionist have always been rude the whole 3 years I've been coming here. But the doctor's are fantastic! He refused to give my child an antibiotic when he has a sinus infection because he doesn't give his...read full review
