I visited my local Ulta yesterday. I was assisted by Lily with pink hair. She was knowledgeable, caring professional and kind. I had a stroke 4 years ago and my mobility is still affected She was patient and went above and beyond. I thorough enjoyed my experience largely due to my interaction with Lily.

Really nice Ulta location with a great selection of products. I went in today with my sister looking for a specific product; Isaiam was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and helped us find what we were looking for. The store was clean and organized, and I’ll definitely be back!

I'd always felt overwhelmed and unsure about picking the right products. This store has been my best experience with shopping for makeup. Carla was extremely helpful and patient with me as I took my time testing SO many products.
I never felt pushed to buy anything. Even the return process was easy. Vicki was so sweet when I needed a different shade.
