On time, but I was not home. He tried reaching me by phone, and when I did not respond, went ahead and treated the exterior of home. Also left a note on my door stating what he did. Good communication.Service: Mosquito extermination

The service technicians are polite, kind, punctual. They came back to spray the inside of my house, because I was not at home when they came the first time. We’ve been using Insight for about three years now, and I’m happy to say we have no more ants or spiders. We have an Airbnb space in the basement and you don’t want spiders! Insight has taken care of the problem.

Explained what he would've doing, asked if we were having any problems. Very polite and nice. My husband signed that he had been there. I will continue to use Insight not only because of the results but the great customer service.
