I didn’t know who to depend on to do this for us. I had only reviews to go on, so I’m writing this to help the next guy. It’s scarier than you might imagine, just seeing one or two bugs. There are questions in your mind about where they came from and if it’s a serious threat. I decided we’d best take it seriously. I’ve not seen anything since our first treatment. The young man who came was very nice, professional, respectful and knew what he was doing. I do not like having to use chemicals. This was not awful to smell and didn’t trigger my allergies. Nick, from the Lafayette office is always on time, very courteous, always asks if we have problems in certain areas. Is very efficient and proficient at his job. He is customer oriented, I office staff is always courteous and knowledgeable, very efficent

I had gotten sick and had to cancel my first appointment. Franklin Pest Solutions was so good about rescheduling. A week later, the exterminator came out as rescheduled.Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Great with my animals. Everything was explained well. I couldn't be happier with the service!It was just all around an exceptional experience. 10/10 will use again.
