We switched to Greenix several years ago and have no complaints. They are very organized - we receive text notifications 24-48 hours ahead of visits and same day reminders. Our tech always lets us know he is en route and usually knock to let us know they have arrived. Today Ivan was out and he could see we were working and he did not interrupt us. He is the type of employee that keeps me with Greenix - and we rarely have any bugs.

Greenix has always done a great job for us. The technicians are friendly, professional, and thorough. We made the mistake of leaving them for a year (we were offered a “better pricing” by a different company).
