Timothy is amazing. Very kind, easy to talk to, ensures we are well taken care of. He goes above and beyond at every service appointment. Asks us thorough questions about where we are seeing any issues or problem areas, and educates us on what he’s doing and why he’s doing it.
Great service. Jason was great. He put some additional traps inside and checked the traps already there. He also took me outside when he checked the bait boxes and showed me which ones had the most activity. He then explained to me when to call for my next service.
Kole talked with me and made sure I new all he was doing today. He was very thourough and let me know what he did especially in regards to my concern with spiders. He did a treatment to get rid of the spiders with a fogging of the lawn.
