I didn't have any of the issues that people have described. My dishwasher went out and it was covered under Lowe's extended warranty. I called Lowe's and they booked the appointment. The day before the appointment, Appliance Specialists called and gave me a 4 hour window. They called right before they were going to come over.The technician was very knowledgeable and immediately let me know that I needed a new dishwasher. It was leaking badly. He first noticed that the door seal had degraded and determined that the heating coil was over heating. I was able to schedule an appointment for service on our microwave for the following day. The technician called before coming to the house, showed up on time and wore a mask. He checked out our over the range microwave and explained thoroughly what the problem was. He was able to replace the door switch and a fuse without taking the microwave down off of the wall. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I will call this company for any future appliance repair needs.
