“I didn't have any of the issues that people have described. My dishwasher went out and it was covered under Lowe's extended warranty. I called Lowe's and they booked the appointment. The day before the appointment, Appliance Specialists called and gave me a 4 hour window. They called right before they were going to come over.The technician was very knowledgeable and immediately let me know that I needed a new dishwasher. It was leaking badly. He first noticed that the door seal had degraded and determined that the heating coil was over heating. This caused the door seal to degrade but also caused the inside of the dishwasher to warp, which ultimately caused the dishwasher to leak from the bottom.Since this was unrepairable, they filed their report and I was able to get my refund from Lowe's.Service: Dishwasher repair“
