I was calling around to different places looking for a specialty type of repair, and all of the different businesses I called would just let me know that they weren't able to fix it, and that was the end of the conversation. Not Mr.Moore! He actually explained to me how I would be able to fix it myself and then said If I didn't feel confident enough to, that he gladly would. I was so impressed with that! He took his time to help me even though he wasn't sure it was going to make him any money. I ended up asking him to do the repair anyway, and he was excellent about it. Mike called before coming, as he said he would, and arrived on time. Quickly found the problem and fixed it, while saving us much money. Quick response and fix allowed us to depart, on time, for Florida. His professionalism and response was much appreciated and we will highly recommend Mike to othersService: Washer/dryer repair

Mike returned my call at in a reasonable amount of time, showed up when he said he would,had all of the necessary parts to repair my dryer,made all of the the repairs required to get us back in business in a very timely fashion and was very professional and personable through the entire process. We wouldn't hesitate to refer him to others.
