This is the company our Lowe's purchase sent us to for our warranty work, on our Whirlpool dryer. After reading the other reviews posted here, I was very pleasantly surprised. They showed up as promised and when they said they would, and on time. Fast diagnosis of the problem, needed to order parts. Said when they would return, did exactly that! On time os promised. Very pleased, truthfully best warranty work on any appliance we ever had repaired. Definitely recommend!!
Excellent repair service. Diagnosed the issue with my washing machine, ordered parts which is understandable with all the many appliances out there now. Came back the very next week and installed the parts and it’s like a brand new machine. Don’t understand all the reviews with complaining about parts. This isn’t the old days with very few manufacturers. Will be using them out of warranty for any future repairs
Expert Appliance Repair came out as scheduled and diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher. They ordered the part and scheduled an appointment to install the part. However, the part was delayed and I was notified. They scheduled another appointment to install the part after they received it. Blake installed the part and assured there were no leaks quickly and efficiently. I am pleased that I could get my dishwasher back in commission, especially during the holiday season. I give Expert Appliance Repair a thumbs up!
