The Lady behind the Desk is Awesome so Nice. I bought an Oven Igniter from Her she made sure I was getting the best Price She could give me. I explained to Her that this is the first time I’ve ever done this. She made me feel comfortable and Confident that I could do it. When my dryer broke, I called to see if they had a repairman. Unfortunately, they did not, BUT, she referred me to someone who DID fix my dryer. I truly appreciate the help! She did not have to help me, but she did, and that means a lot to me.

I needed a dishwasher part that no one seemed to have or be able to get. Called Bass Appliance and spoke Kathy and she had it the next day. I've found my shop from now on, even if it's a few miles away.
