When my dryer broke, I called to see if they had a repairman. Unfortunately, they did not, BUT, she referred me to someone who DID fix my dryer. I truly appreciate the help! She did not have to help me, but she did, and that means a lot to me.

I needed a dishwasher part that no one seemed to have or be able to get. Called Bass Appliance and spoke Kathy and she had it the next day. I've found my shop from now on, even if it's a few miles away.

I always have experienced great help I go there or call anytime I need help with appliances If they don't have the part on hand they can order things Great place been there for years
