Anna is awesome! Over a handful of sessions I learned series of movements to address some issues I was having and also had some dry needling done. She was very easy to reach between sessions and her educational and enthusiastic approach made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Plus she knows her shit!! Thanks, Anna :)
Anna is the absolute best physical therapist anyone could ask for. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about client care. She helped me navigate how to manage my chronic pain caused by a 10 year old impact injury that I didn’t even know existed and ultimately was the one who figured out what the source of that pain was before any of the specialists I saw did. I will forever be grateful for Anna’s care and expertise.
Grace was amazing! She helped me around 3 months postpartum to help get my body strong to return to work and pain free. She was great at answering all my questions and made me feel very comfortable during my sessions. Highly recommend her for pelvic floor therapy before and after birth!
