Based on customer reviews, Whoosier Plumber is a customer service driven, professional company. Chris did a wonderful job fixing issues, giving lots of information, and was personable and extremely helpful. Chris arrived right on time, got to work immediately, was polite and efficient, and obviously takes pride in his work. He walked customers through all steps and minimized costs and inconvenience. Kyle, who joined him, is also amazing. Customers say if you need a trustworthy and hard-working plumbing crew, there is no one else they would choose. The service is excellent, with a crew that comes out the same morning a call is made and clears issues quickly. They are the go-to plumbers for many.
After a disappointing service call with Whoosier Plumbing, the owner reached out to me to discuss that encounter and offer a satisfactory solution for that call. In the end, he was very professional in the way he handled the situation. I did use his services to install a new recirculating hot water pump and am very satisfied with the result.
Chris really took the time to dive in and diagnose the problems. He then would explain multiple solutions or the best solution and why it needed to be done a certain way. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend these guys!
Kyle was able to come out and resolve our leaking tub issue quickly. We will definitely use him for all of our future plumbing needs. There’s a reason they have 5 star reviews, they are honesty deserving of all of the stars. Thanks again Kyle and company!
