Based on customer reviews, Whoosier Plumber is a customer service driven, professional company. Chris did a wonderful job fixing issues, giving lots of information, and was personable and extremely helpful. Chris arrived right on time, got to work immediately, was polite and efficient, and obviously takes pride in his work. He walked customers through all steps and minimized costs and inconvenience. Kyle, who joined him, is also amazing. Customers say if you need a trustworthy and hard-working plumbing crew, there is no one else they would choose. The service is excellent, with a crew that comes out the same morning a call is made and clears issues quickly. They are the go-to plumbers for many.

Chris arrived right on time and got to work immediately. He was polite, efficient, and obviously takes pride in his work. He walked me through all the steps and he and Kyle (who joined him later in the job) were careful to minimize my costs and any inconvenience and to clean up when they finished. Kyle has done work for me previously and he is amazing, too!
Excellent service, as always! Kitchen drain was backing up into our utility room’s floor drain. They came out the same morning I called and cleared it out quickly. They are our go-to plumbers!
