After my 13 year old dog was in the end stages of his life it was recommended we go here. I was out of town in North Carolina, and my mom FaceTimed me during his care. Dr. Edwards was truly amazing. He was kind and compassionate but was realistic about our options without making me feel any guilt. Dianna was incredibly sweet. They both gave me time to make decisions and let son and I say our goodbyes. We appreciate all you did for our sweet Buddy.

We had such a wonderful experience at VCA Animal Hospital Urgent Care – College Park and I can’t recommend them enough. We brought our husky in for a flesh wound, and from the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely cared for. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the vet tech Courtney, she immediately walked us into a appointment room, got us checked in and offered us drinks & snacks that were available in the waiting area.

Courtney was such an amazing help to me on the phone while having some concerns about my cat. She was kind and patient and explained everything so well. She made me the soonest appointment possible to follow up with my vet since it wasn’t as concerning as I thought.
Amazing costumer service, attention to detail and great advice on how to best support my baby in this time of need.
10/10 will be recommending to my friends and family.
(Note: I learned tonight they offer payment plans! That can be such a life saver in a time of need with an animal. They had 2 different very reasonable options. This wiped away my anxiety’s about helping my fur baby!)
