Best experience at Ulta today! I was greeted by Jules and the rest of my visit she ensured I was finding everything I needed. I typically don’t ask about a product if I don’t see it on the shelf, but with the sale going on, some things weren’t in their normal spots. I showed Jules a picture of a product I was wanting and she checked every inch of that store, front of house and back of house, for me. Unfortunately they seemed to be out of the product, but I was never made to feel like a bother or my request was dismissed. I recently decided to delete my old review in favor of making a new one. I have been coming to this location for years, and it always seems to be two steps forwards, one step back.
First, I will say since my last review, brand selection has improved a little bit. Only a tad. I have come to accept this store focuses more on drug store brands and legacy premium brands - think Clinique, Lancome, MAC, etc. You wont find any Luxury brands here save for Charlotte Tilbury, which I am happy they have, but at the same time the drug store section doesn't have that much variety in terms of makeup.
